Our professional transport services do not include personal belongings insurance during car transport. According to Department of Transportation regulations, car movers are prohibited from shipping your car with personal belongings in the front or back seats. Outside of special circumstances (agreed by the driver for an additional charge), please ensure that all belongings are removed from the trunk and cabin of your vehicle prior to shipment. We recommend that all of our customers schedule their vehicle pickup at least 7 days in advance for the open transportation option and 14 days in advance for the closed transportation option. If you require faster pickup service, please contact our office immediately to determine if we can accommodate your needs.
This means that our service person will pick up your vehicle and deliver it to the addresses you provide. Please note that this is only if this operation complies with all safety standards and regulations. Some of our carriers are extremely large and in many cases require a large amount of space to load vehicles. Ask one of our agents if it will be necessary to meet us at an alternate and safe charging location with your vehicle.
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, and Discover. You must make the full payment of the deposit when scheduling the transport of your vehicle. The deposit payment is part of your total cost. The balance of the reminder will be paid at the time of delivery to the driver with cash, cashier’s check or money order.
